Algemene Voorwaarden

1. Inleiding

Welkom bij Source & Supply (“wij,” “ons”). Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op het gebruik van onze website en diensten. Door gebruik te maken van onze website of diensten gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

2. Diensten

Wij bieden online marketingdiensten, waaronder branding, SEO, webontwikkeling en online advertenties. De exacte afspraken over prijs, omvang en levertijd worden vastgelegd in offertes of overeenkomsten.

3. Verplichtingen van de klant

De klant gaat ermee akkoord om:

4. Betalingen

  • Bij te late betaling behouden wij het recht om werkzaamheden op te schorten

  • Alle bedragen zijn exclusief BTW, tenzij anders vermeld

5. Intellectueel Eigendom

Alle inhoud op onze website en geleverde materialen blijven eigendom van Source & Supply totdat volledige betaling is ontvangen.

6. Aansprakelijkheid

Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade of winstderving. Onze aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat voor de betreffende diensten is betaald.

7. Derden

Wij maken soms gebruik van diensten van derden (zoals hosting of advertentieplatforms). Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor hun prestaties of voorwaarden.

8. Beëindiging

Beide partijen kunnen de overeenkomst beëindigen volgens de afspraken in de overeenkomst. Wij mogen toegang of dienstverlening opschorten bij overtreding van deze voorwaarden.

9. Toepasselijk Recht

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

10. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen deze Algemene Voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd aanpassen. De meest recente versie staat altijd op onze website.
